Founded in 2018, Envoria today consists of a dedicated team of experienced sustainability and finance professionals who form our company's heart.
Our software solution is designed for analyzing, controlling, and reporting sustainability and financial metrics in large corporations and medium-sized businesses. Functionality and user-friendliness of the SaaS solution are our top priorities while ensuring compliance with essential legal and regulatory requirements.
Financial Software Architects GmbH is founded, forming the company behind the two successful software brands Envoria (ESG reporting) and Contavio (financial reporting).
The management team, led by founders Sven Schubert (CEO), Stefan Siemers (CFO), and Thimo Brinkmann (CTO), undergoes restructuring. Co-founder Andreas Ahlert becomes Entrepreneur in Residence, and Julian Göbel joins as the new Chief Sustainability Officer and Managing Director.
Financial Software Architects GmbH transitions to Envoria GmbH. Envoria and Contavio merge into Envoria, uniting ESG and finance reporting, as well as software solutions, under one strong brand.
