3 steps to a recommendation

Recommend Envoria to a company

Recommend Envoria to companies in your network for which the software might be relevant in the areas of ESG, risk, and/or finance.

New company reaches out

The company you recommended contacts Envoria and directly names your company as the source of the referral during the initial contact.

Benefit together from the referral and contract

If a qualifying* contract is subsequently signed, the new company receives its discount and you receive your credit.

FAQ & Terms and Conditions

A referral qualifies for the Envoria Referral Program if an interested company names your company as the source of the referral when it first contacts Envoria.

This can be done, for example, by:

  • Mentioning your company in an email
  • Mentioning your company in our contact form
  • Mentioning your company when scheduling an appointment
  • Mentioning your company during the first joint meeting

You are also welcome to send a brief advance notice to Envoria. However, the referred company must explicitly name you as the source of the referral.

The Referral Program applies to new software contracts with an annual license agreement.

Excluded are one-time climate risk analyses, standalone subscriptions (e.g., Response AI Pro), pure service or consulting projects, as well as pilot, beta, and trial contracts.

A referral is considered successful if the interested company names your company as the referral source when it first contacts Envoria and a qualified software contract is subsequently concluded (see next question).

A referral cannot be counted if:

  • the company had already been in contact with Envoria or was already in an active sales process.
  • your company was not named as the source of the referral during the initial contact.
  • a qualified software contract is not concluded.

The referral that can be clearly identified first is the one that counts. This requires that the interested company name your company as the source of the referral when it first contacts Envoria.

The referred company will receive a discount on the license fees for the first year of the contract. Your credit will be applied to your next annual license invoice.

Yes. You can recommend as many companies as you like. For each successful referral of a new company, you may receive a one-time credit.

No. The credit is not payable and will be applied exclusively to a future license invoice.
