Deloitte and Envoria launch partnership for audit-ready sustainability reporting

Mar. 31, 2026

Deloitte and Envoria have launched a new partnership that combines regulatory ESG expertise with modern reporting technology. The collaboration is designed to help companies manage complex sustainability requirements and establish transparent, efficient, and audit-ready ESG reporting processes.

In a volatile economic environment, managing non-financial risks and opportunities has become an increasingly important strategic priority. At the same time, transparent and reliable data collection across the value chain is becoming a key focus of ESG regulation. Companies are facing growing complexity, both in terms of the scope of requirements and the depth of data, processes, and controls needed to address them effectively.

The partnership between Deloitte and Envoria addresses these challenges by combining regulatory ESG expertise and audit experience with modern reporting technology. Together, Deloitte and Envoria help companies efficiently implement requirements related to CSRD, ESRS, VSME, and EU Taxonomy, modernize internal processes, and establish transparent and audit-ready sustainability reporting.

Deloitte contributes many years of experience in interpreting regulatory requirements and building auditable reporting and control structures, particularly in the areas of ESRS, EU Taxonomy, governance, and audit readiness. Envoria complements this expertise with its cloud-based ESG and financial reporting platform, enabling centralized, automated, and audit-proof data collection, consolidation, and reporting. Today, more than 200 companies – from SMEs to international corporations – rely on Envoria as their central ESG reporting platform.

Together, Deloitte and Envoria provide an integrated solution that supports companies from the methodological design phase through to the digital implementation of their sustainability reporting, while strengthening data quality, efficiency, and governance.

The collaboration focuses in particular on:

  • Support for CSRD and ESRS implementation
  • EU Taxonomy and KPI reporting
  • Audit readiness as well as governance and control structures
  • Structured ESG data collection and consolidation
  • Audit-proof processes, audit trails, and approval workflows
  • Scalable reporting structures for complex organizations

Through this partnership, Deloitte and Envoria are addressing the increasing importance of transparency, data quality, and traceability across the entire value chain.

“In many companies, ESG transformation started with Excel-based solutions. The next step toward a data-driven and manageable landscape requires robust and professionally designed IT solutions. With Envoria, we have a strong technology partner by our side. The combination of Deloitte’s expertise and an innovative ESG platform enables our clients not only to meet regulatory requirements, but also to generate long-term value from their ESG data,” says Sebastian Dingel, Partner Sustainability Assurance at Deloitte.

“The real challenge in ESG reporting is not the initial implementation, but the long-term operation across complex organizational structures. Companies need to manage data, processes, and controls consistently while integrating new regulatory requirements into existing system and reporting landscapes,” says Sven Schubert, CEO and Co-Founder of Envoria.

“Through our collaboration with Deloitte, we combine a stable technological foundation with deep regulatory and audit expertise, creating a solution that remains reliable throughout the ongoing reporting process.”
